About

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 15 years of experience and I’m passionate about partnering with individuals on their journey toward improved health and well-being. As a health psychologist, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life as they navigate the challenges that often accompany mental and physical health concerns. Currently, I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults dealing with stress, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and other health-related issues.

I believe therapy is a deeply personal experience, and it’s essential to understand and support the whole person. It’s important to me that every individual feels respected, heard, and that the goals we work toward in therapy are collaborative and meaningful. My hope is that each person feels supported as they make progress toward their goals and gain tools they can carry with them outside of therapy.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines. I love spending time in nature, taking my dog on adventures, and experimenting in the kitchen. I'm also passionate about learning new languages and expanding my perspective. Curiosity, compassion, adventure, and lifelong learning are values I deeply cherish.

  • B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara

  • Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Francisco 

  • License #3933 in Colorado

  • Certificate in Integrated Primary Care

  • Training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT)

  • Training in ACT including for Grief, Brief Interventions, Teens, And Trauma

  • Led couple's workshops post cancer treatment
